Customer Renewals Associate (Entry-Level)

Start your career in SaaS with a customer-facing role that blends service, coordination, and light commercial work. You'll support our renewals process—preparing quotes, scheduling check-ins, updating the CRM—and learn how to spot risks and keep customers happy.
No prior experience required
; full training and clear playbooks provided.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the
end-to-end renewal process
for a small customer set under guidance.
* Reach out
to customers ahead of renewal dates to confirm details and next steps.
* Prepare and send
renewal quotes/contracts; track progress and follow up.
* Update the CRM
(e.g., Salesforce): notes, activities, pipeline/forecast accuracy.
* Join and shadow
renewal calls; capture actions and coordinate with Sales/CS/Finance.
* Triage and escalate
questions or risks to the right teams promptly.
* Help identify simple
upsell/cross-sell cues
and pass to Sales.
* Work to clear
SLAs/KPIs
(response times, quote accuracy, activity logging, renewal conversion).

About You

* Clear, friendly
written & verbal communication
.
* Organised and detail-oriented
; comfortable juggling multiple tasks/deadlines.
* Curious and coachable
—you like learning systems and following playbooks.
* Numerate and commercially aware
(comfortable with pricing, terms, basic maths).
* Tech-confident
with everyday tools (email, spreadsheets); CRM experience a bonus (we'll train).

Nice to Have (but not required)

* Exposure to customer service, admin, retail, hospitality, or student society roles.
* Interest in SaaS, subscriptions, or account management.
