As a Service Leader, You Will
* Be present across both services, leading by example and building strong relationships
* Support and develop your teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality, person‑centred care

* Ensure teams feel confident supporting mobility, health needs and daily routines

To succeed in this role you should bring a level 5 qualification, strong knowledge of CQC regulations, and a proven track record of achieving them. You should also have previous leadership experience and a background in the support sector.
