ETMO Senior AnalystRole Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a eTMO Senior Analyst to join the Transformation team, supporting our Claims Management and Central Functions portfolios. The delivery of these portfolios is key to the success of the overall enterprise portfolio, requiring close management and ongoing rigor to ensure clear standards are set and being achieved, deliveries remain on track, and as a result there is credibility and confidence in the overall UK Transformation Programme.
The purpose of this role is to provide support to the Claims Management and Central Functions portfolios, providing clarity on overall plan status, undertaking health checks and quality controls, managing resource demand, and tracking and reporting on risks, issues, dependencies, costs and benefits at all levels of detail to various stakeholder groups. The role needs to drive adherence with tools, processes, templates and guardrails to support change delivery, consistent ways of working, and effective change controls.
Salary Information
Circa £55,000
Key Accountabilities
1. Support development and adoption of the Change Delivery Framework
2. Provide reporting and insight to stakeholders andernance forums, such as Steeringmittees, Portfolio Review Forum, Change Investmentmittee, ExCo and Board
3. Provide planning support and control of scope and milestones
4. Actively support identifying and tracking dependencies
5. Actively support risk and issue management, including adherence to key controls
6. Support cost and benefit management, working closely with Finance Business Partners, to report on progress and variances to plan
7. Actively support demand management, providing oversight and alignment with strategic priorities
8. Ensure proportionateernance is in place to successfully conduct and deliver portfolio initiatives
9. Drive a high performance culture and supports engagement across the Change teams
10. Support development and adoption of PPM tool, ensuring high data quality and consistent ways of working
Skills & Experience
11. Experienced in use of Jira and Confluence / other PPM systems / SharePoint / Microsoft BI
12. Some experience in project management skills such as organisation,ernance, estimation, planning, scheduling, tracking, resource management, reporting and risk/issue management
13. Proficient in change management skills includingmunications and ability to effectively manage stakeholders
14. Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery practices
15. Proficient in Project Management & Office tools such as MS Office Suite, MS Project and MS Excel
16. Excellent Stakeholder management skills
17. Strong analytical and organisational skills
18. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills
19. Demonstrable experience within Change Delivery, Project / Programme Offices or other
20. Experience in working in high pressure environments on time bound activities
21. Reporting of portfolio performance using established metrics
22. Ability to lead and drive simplification and continuous improvement
23. Leading department level initiatives
