Transactional Finance Manager

We’re partnering with a growing organisation to recruit a hands‑on Transactional Finance Manager to lead and improve a high-volume finance function.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and improve end-to-end AP processes
* Take ownership of AR and cashbook as the role evolves
* Manage and develop a transactional finance team
* Drive process improvements, controls, and efficiencies
* Work hands‑on with the team, including processing invoices
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in transactional finance leadership (AP/AR)
* Comfortable in a hands‑on role, not just oversight
* Strong process improvement mindsetConfident team leader with excellent communication skills
* Ideally studying towards AAT qualification
