Role Summary

You're the spark behind successful app launches—igniting engagement through smart campaigns, rich content, and consistent customer support. But you don’t stop at launch—you build momentum and community. Your mission is to help each app become a locally loved and well-used platform by planning and delivering compelling campaigns and cultivating genuine local communities around it.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role. You’ll work closely with a Customer Success Manager to set customers up for launch success, craft campaigns under their brand, and ensure the app is not only packed with useful content but also becomes a tool that locals return to again and again. You’re creative, organised, and results-focused—and you love seeing your work drive real-world outcomes, especially when it brings people and places closer together.


Accountabilities 🎯 Campaign Planning & Delivery

* Own the end-to-end planning and execution of launch and engagement campaigns for each app rollout.
* Build bespoke campaign plans for each customer, aligned to their goals and audiences.
* Create campaign assets under the customer’s brand—social media copy, email templates, in-store materials, and in-app messaging.
* Recommend and support local outreach activities (events, offers, trails, competitions) to boost uptake.
* Attend customer events or business visits all around the country to support our customers and onboard businesses onto their apps.


🌱 Community Building & Local Engagement

* Help foster a sense of local ownership and community pride around each app.

* Work with customers to create content and activities that strengthen local connections—business spotlights, community stories, local champions.

* Support customers in forming or engaging online and offline communities—social profiles, Facebook groups, business forums, mailing lists, or event-led engagement.


📱 App Content & Activation

* Ensure every app is launched with high-quality, locally relevant content—business listings, events, trails, loyalty schemes, deals.
* Work with customers to populate the app pre-launch and support ongoing content curation post-launch.
* Create onboarding guides, templates, and toolkits to help customers manage their own content after go-live.


🧠 Customer Support & Collaboration

* Work with the Customer Success Manager to deeply understand each customer’s launch goals and help them deliver.
* Guide customers through their campaign and content journey—educating and advising along the way.
* Give customers the tools to shout about the app in their own voice, from press release templates to suggested social calendars.


📊 Campaign Insight & Optimisation

* Track performance of campaigns across channels—downloads, signups, redemptions, trails, feature usage.
* Iterate fast: use data to tweak messaging, timing, and format for best results.
* Deliver clear, honest feedback on what’s working and where we can improve and share that knowledge across our customers.


🛠️ Process & Playbook Development

* Build scalable processes, templates, and creative frameworks we can use across launches.
* Contribute to building a high-performing, repeatable launch engine—driven by insight, but flexible for local needs.
* Document and share learnings so we get sharper every time.


Ideal Traits

* You’ve run or contributed to successful B2C or B2B2C marketing or activation campaigns.
* You know how to adapt brand and tone to fit different audiences, especially under white-label arrangements.
* You can juggle projects across multiple customers without dropping the ball.
* You think in systems—building toolkits and templates to scale good ideas.
* You love being the bridge between strategy and execution: understanding goals, then getting stuck in to make things happen.
* You have your own transport, or are comfortable using public transport. All travel to customer sites will be covered by the company.

* Campaigns are delivering measurable value—downloads, usage, and engagement.

Compensation & benefits


We offer a base salary of £30,000–£35,000, depending on experience and fit for the role. On top of this, you’ll be eligible for a performance-based bonus tied directly to the success of the apps you help launch and grow—measured through key engagement metrics like downloads, active users, and feature adoption.


You’ll enjoy the flexibility of remote working, with opportunities to travel to customer sites across the UK to support launches and campaigns, and meet up regularly with our team to collaborate, plan, and celebrate wins together.
