Our client is a national award-winning mortgage brokerage, providing fee free mortgage advice to clients throughout the UK. They are seeking to appoint a Customer Care Adviser to join their team in their Baillieston office. The objective of the role is to contact existing clients to arrange meetings for colleagues to discuss their protection needs. The role holder will be expected to contact clients via the phone to arrange and manage appointments efficiently to ensure a seamless client experience. We are seeking someone who has experience in outbound calling within a b2c environment, you will have the ability to work closely with mortgage advisers and other team members to deliver a comprehensive service. Previous protection, mortgage or insurance experience is preferred but not essential. However, you will need to demonstrate experience within outbound calling to consumers within a sales related environment. The client will provide full training and ongoing support, in addition there are opportunities to develop into other roles within this progressive growing business.
