We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join global manufacturer in a long term position.
The role:
You will join an established team and support in providing first class customer service and administration.
Your duties will include:
* Handle multi-channel enquiries
* Update the companies CRM system to log and manage customer interactions
* Respond to quote requests and generate quotes
* Create accounts, purchase orders and contract records
* Expedite orders including shipping & customs
Experience, skills & knowledge required to be successful in the role:
* Minimum of 3-years Customer service background to include administration
* Able to meet deadlines, organised and able to follow processes
* MS office skills along with data entry and CRM exposure
* Excellent telephone manner
* Team player
This role is available with an immediate start and is being offered on a temporary basis initially with the view to becoming permanent after successful completion of a trial period.
Full-time hours that are solely office based, 37 hours per week with a 1pm finish on a Friday!
