Salary: £27,000-£29,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end customs process for EU road freight import shipments
* Take ownership of customs entries and clearances, ensuring full HMRC compliance
* Prepare and review import documentation, including commodity codes, tariffs, and EORI details
* Liaise with internal teams, clients, and customs authorities to resolve any clearance issues
* Ensure shipments move smoothly through customs with minimal delays
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a customs role with a UK freight forwarder
* Strong knowledge of UK customs procedures and documentation
* Experience using customs clearance systems such as CDS, Destin8, or similar
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
