Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing and possess various technical skills. Responsibilities
* Operate forklifts and cranes safely to move materials and products throughout the facility, full training will be given.
* Handle materials efficiently, ensuring proper storage and organisation within the warehouse.
* Collaborate with team members to implement lean manufacturing principles for improved productivity.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
* Assist in quality control processes to ensure that all products meet company standards.
Requirements
* Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is preferred.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various machinery.
* Familiarity with assembly techniques, and materials handling practices.
* Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to production tasks.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
