Job Description:
Key Duties
* Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications, patient counseling, and medication therapy compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including NHS standards and pharmacy best practices.
* Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stock rotation, and expiry date monitoring.
* Provide clinical services such as vaccinations, health screenings, and medication reviews.
* Create a positive work environment and lead a team of pharmacy technicians and support staff.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community organizations to promote health and wellness initiatives.
Package and Benefits
* Hourly rate £24 per hour
* Ideally 4 days per week (minimum of 1 in 4 Saturdays per month)
* Pharmacy first £3 per service
* Flu jab £1 per service
* Annual total earnings up to £75,000
Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
* GPHC Registered Pharmacist
* Community Pharmacy experience
* Must be service-driven
* Must be accredited in Pharmacy first and vaccinations
* Must have 3+ years of experience
