We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Southern build team based in Southampton.

What will you be responsible for?
As a Project Manager, you'll support the Southern build team in delivering design and build projects across the Southern construction portfolio.
What will your day-to-day role look like?
Your Daily Responsibilities
* Leading projects from conception through to handover, ensuring timely and smooth delivery.
* Implementing and demonstrating the highest standards of Health and Safety.
* Communicating with clients and management to ensure smooth project delivery, prioritizing customer service, and managing Site Agents.
* Developing relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, demonstrating leadership, man-management, and motivational skills.
* Managing P&L for projects in your portfolio, delivering and improving margins.
What are we looking for?
This role is ideal if you have:
* A relevant degree (or equivalent) and experience in the built environment sector.
* Strong knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts and Health & Safety legislation, including CDM regulations.
* Robust experience in subcontract administration and management, both commercially and operationally.
