Key Responsibilities
9. Lead the production, coordination, and delivery of detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction information
10. Manage projects through all design stages, ensuring technical rigour and design quality throughout
11. Mentor junior team members, fostering technical excellence and professional growth
12. Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to resolve complex technical and construction challenges
13. Ensure all work complies with UK Building Regulations, planning requirements, and sustainability standards
14. Contribute to the development of BIM processes and help establish technical best practices across the studio
Skills & Experience
15. Extensive experience within an architectural practice, ideally in a senior or technical leadership role
16. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (advanced BIM experience highly advantageous)
17. In-depth understanding of UK Building Regulations, construction techniques, and material specifications
18. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines effectively
19. Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills
20. A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the confidence to work independently and lead on technical delivery
