Join Marches Group as a Sales & Business Development Executive
Are you a motivated, confident self-starter who loves turning conversations into business? We’re Marches Group, a fast-growing training and safety consultancy based in Herefordshire. We’re looking for a Sales & Business Development Executive to help us scale to the next level.
You’ll be at the forefront of selling our award-winning face-to-face training and our new Health & Safety Support Packages to schools, SMEs, healthcare providers, and more. If you love a role that combines autonomy, variety, and the thrill of closing deals – we want to hear from you.
The Role:
* Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential new clients
* Sell group training packages and monthly safety support solutions
* Attend local networking events and in-person client meetings
* Manage your own sales pipeline and CRM activity
* Collaborate with our delivery team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
What You’ll Get:
* £23,000 – £25,000 base salary (DOE)
* Uncapped commission, with up to £250 per sale
* OTE: £40,000+ (realistic, not just marketing fluff!)
* Mileage reimbursement for client visits
* Hybrid working options once established
* 4-day working week – we don’t work Fridays!

We’re Looking for Someone Who:
* Has experience in sales, lead generation, or outbound outreach
* Is confident, proactive, and target-driven
* Loves building relationships and solving problems
* Can manage their own workload and take ownership
* Has a full UK driving licence and access to transport
