We are delighted to be working with a market-leading company to find them an ambitious and driven Business Development Executive to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with some of the UKs largest property and landowners, identifying and securing high-profile billboard sites, windowfront projections, and digital screens in key locations.
You must be self-motivated, with a strong background in sales and business development. While previous advertising experience isnt required, a background in commercial property, estate agency, or a similar sector is highly desirable.
As a Business Development Executive you'll be responsible for:
* Identifying and securing new billboard, windowfront, and digital screen locations.
* Researching and assessing potential site acquisitions.
* Building and maintaining relationships with property owners and landlords.
* Negotiating lease terms and managing contracts.
* Managing a sales pipeline and tracking performance metrics.
* Overseeing planning applications and site development projects.
* Conducting business development and networking activities to grow the portfolio.
As Business Development Executive, you will receive the following:
