Channel Sales Manager (South UK)
A well‑established and trusted UK brand that operates on a global scale.
Location: Remote in the South of England (Home‑based South of England)
Salary: basic between approx. £40,000 and £47,500 per annum (depending on experience) plus car allowance plus commission

To be responsible for sourcing and managing channel partners within the UK, to drive sales growth, build strong partner relationships and monitor partner performance.
Main responsibilities
* Identify and enlist new channel partners presenting the company’s product
* Lead onboarding processes ensuring new partners are set up
* Deliver training sessions to partners and provide ongoing support
* Serve as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring good relationships are built
* Develop and implement growth strategies in line with company goals
* Collaborate and liaise with internal teams coordinating promotions, initiatives, etc.
* Track partner activities, set performance targets, and analyze for continued improvements
* Provide channel partners with support as needed, including sales resources and technical advice
* Participate in trade shows as needed
Candidate profile
* B2B channel development experience needed
* Channel Sales experience, for instance in telecommunications, software, IT, technology, equipment, electronics, etc. i.e. selling products through third‑party partners (distributors, affiliates, resellers) rather than directly to consumers
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Results driven, analytical and motivated
* Able to work remotely and autonomously
* Proficiency in using CRM systems
* Able to travel within the designated region
* Based in the south of England
