Overview

Reception Admin Assistant to join Dutton Gregory Solicitors at our Chandlers Ford Head Office. 37.5 hours per week (8.30am - 5pm). Full time, Permanent. Location: Chandlers Ford, UK.


Key Responsibilities

* Reception Duties: Answering the entry buzzer and greeting clients, visitors, and callers to ensure a warm and professional first impression.
* Meet & Greet and Security: Meeting visitors in the ground floor foyer and escorting them to Reception.
* Meeting Room & Diary Management: Ensuring meeting rooms are clean, well-presented, and properly set up before and after use.
* Internal Events: Assisting with the setup of internal events, including organising catering.
* Post & DX: Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including opening, scanning, and sorting.
* Facilities & Health & Safety: Supporting a safe and professional working environment.
* Administrative Support: Assisting the Office Manager and legal teams with various admin tasks including CMS entry and archiving.
* Supplies Management: Ordering and managing stock for stationery and refectory areas.
* Accounts Support: Assisting with financial administration tasks such as data entry and email correspondence.


About You

We welcome applications from all backgrounds but previous office or reception experience would be a benefit, and this role would be particularly well-suited to a recent law graduate who is looking to gain valuable administrative experience in a professional office environment. What matters most is your enthusiasm, reliability, and willingness to learn.

* Legal Sector Familiarity (desirable): Some experience or understanding of the legal industry is helpful but not essential.
