What will you be doing?
As a Principal Officer within the Major Projects Team, you will lead the Council’s housing development and regeneration activities, managing complex projects from inception to completion. Acting as Project Manager on a variety of housing-led schemes, you will work closely with senior management, contributing to key decisions and driving strategic regeneration objectives.
You will negotiate major regeneration projects, often involving high-value and complex transactions, engaging with private stakeholders and public sector partners.
