The Opportunity

Our client is an international consultancy represented in twelve countries worldwide. Their work is customer-centric and interdisciplinary, supporting high-quality clients through every project phase—from strategy development to execution and steering.

We are seeking a driven and dynamic junior new business leader to join their UK & Ireland team. This is an enriching intercultural experience where you will collaborate across global offices and receive ongoing professional development and mentoring.


Key Responsibilities

* Project Support: Assist in the delivery of impactful projects for high-profile corporate clients.
* Strategic Execution: Support the development and steering of client strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with international colleagues to deliver consistent, world-class consultancy services.
* Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for Corporate Business Development.
* Conduct data analysis, research, and process assessments
* Collaboration with third party stakeholders on queries and reporting
* Support project management activities
* Prepare presentations and deliverables
* Support ad-hoc tasks and events
* Contribute to actionable recommendations and implementation plans
* Provide stakeholders with timely access to reports to support customer-facing meetings.

Salary: £28-30k per year with an annual bonus

Location: Hampshire / Surrey Border (Hybrid)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
* Previous experience in business development or sales, ideally within the automotive or mobility sectors.
* Strong understanding of the premium automotive market and its key players.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
* Self-motivated, target-driven with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
