Learning & Development Hub Administrator – Part‑time
Location: Portsmouth, United Kingdom. 24 hours a week Monday to Thursday.
Eligibility: Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for the Hub, providing a welcoming service and directing queries to the right people or resources.
* Manage bookings and coordination for appointments, courses, events, and learning activities.
* Set up classrooms and learning spaces ready for training sessions.
* Maintain accurate learner records, reports, and systems (e.g. accounts, JPA updates, exam admin).
* Provide admin support for funding applications, learning credits, and learner needs (including SpLD support).
* Manage resources, materials, and general Hub admin tasks, including support for exams and events.
Essential Qualifications
* Experience working in a team and excellent communication skills.
* High standards of accuracy, attention to detail and customer service skills.
* Previous administration experience.
* Drivers licence and vehicle to travel between local sites.
* Flexibility to cover local offices as required.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable
* Knowledge of the military.
* Experience of using JPA.
