Duties include:
* Prepping ingredients for service.
* Following recipes.
* Cooking and preparing dishes to a high standard.
* Cleaning stations, surfaces, and general kitchen areas.
* Washing up and assisting with kitchen porter (KP) duties as needed.
* Following the kitchen cleaning schedule and maintaining a hygienic work environment.
* Labelling and storing ingredients to meet health and safety standards.
* Ensuring ingredient labels are up-to-date.
We're looking for someone who is reliable, hard‑working, and a team player. Previous experience as a line chef is preferred, but not essential. We care far more about attitude, reliability and being a solid team player than formal training or years in professional kitchens.
You should genuinely enjoy cooking, feel comfortable using basic kitchen equipment, and be happy working in a fast‑paced team environment. We're not looking for a fully trained or highly experienced chef, we're looking for someone hands‑on, positive, and willing to learn and grow with us.
