We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Restaurant Manager to join a prestigious Café/Restaurant based in the Colchester area. This well-loved Café/Restaurant is very well known for its fantastic food and customer service. They cater for high volume, and are always a busy, bustling venue. They are only open during the day, so the standard shift times would be 8am - 5pm. They are open 7 days a week, and you would get one weekend day off each week, plus an additional day off during the week.
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who lives and breathes the hospitality industry and great customer service. The right Manager should be packed full of energy and enthusiasm, have a passion for front of house, be hardworking, but also with a great sense of humour to keep the happy, enjoyable atmosphere of the existing front of house team.
