Job Description
We are seeking a Fire Alarm Engineering Auditor / Compliance Engineer / Manager to join our team. This role offers a salary of up to £55,000, along with benefits such as a car allowance or hybrid vehicle, and flexible scheduling to accommodate travel and personal organization.

Requirements
* Experience in auditing and compliance management within fire alarm systems
* Ideally based in the West Midlands or East Midlands, with access to Coventry or Birmingham
* Experience auditing Fire Alarm Engineers, including H&S, PPE, vehicle, technical documentation, and paperwork
Role Responsibilities
* Auditing Fire Alarm Service Engineers to ensure compliance
* Inspecting ladders, tools, and equipment
* Providing or arranging training for engineers where necessary
* Collaborating with Service Managers and providing feedback
* Calibrating test equipment and meters
* Organizing biannual visits to engineers
* Producing reports and maintaining records using MS Office
* Applying knowledge of Fire Alarm BS5839 standards (essential)
