OTE up to £80,000 (Uncapped)
We’re looking for an experienced I&C Business Development Manager to drive new business growth within the B2B energy market. You’ll win and manage high-usage I&C clients, delivering tailored energy procurement, cost reduction, and sustainability solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Win new I&C clients through proactive sales and networking
* Manage and grow corporate energy accounts
* Lead procurement, renewals, and client negotiations
* Provide energy efficiency and cost-saving consultancy
* Maintain CRM pipeline and forecasting
About You
* 2+ years’ experience in B2B energy broker, consultancy, or supplier (I&C / utilities)
* Proven new business sales success and knowledge of flex products
* Consultative, relationship-led approach
* Commercially confident and target-driven
* Full UK driving licence
