You’ll work side-by-side with leading third-party studios to create exceptional games for our customers — embedding yourself in their teams to shape, challenge, and elevate every release. You’ll bring energy, conviction, and influence, making sure every game meets the highest possible standard before it reaches our players.
Your focus is on delivering platinum-level launches: games that perform, engage, and stand the test of time. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, data, and commercial strategy, giving you real ownership over the quality and success of our games portfolio.

What you’ll do
1. Embed yourself within third-party studios to co-create outstanding games, building strong partnerships rooted in trust and high standards
2. Lead and run workshops with studio teams to shape concepts, mechanics, and execution — pushing for quality at every stage
3. Use customer data and insights to clearly define what great looks like, and hold teams accountable to it
4. Own the delivery of bespoke launches, with a strong focus on performance metrics such as average spins per user and ARPU
5. Work closely with commercial teams to ensure each game is tailored to brand-specific strategies and customer expectations
6. Act as the voice of the customer throughout development, ensuring player experience is never compromised
7. Travel to partner studios as needed to collaborate in person, influence outcomes, and raise the bar
8. Review live game performance and work with studios to refine and improve results over time
9. Stay close to market trends and player behaviour to keep our games relevant and competitive, working closely with the content brand team
How you’ll do it
10. Proven understanding of the gaming industry and what makes great games succeed
11. A proven drive for excellence — you don’t accept sub-standard and aren’t afraid to challenge constructively
12. Strong influencing skills, able to guide and inspire studio teams without formal authority
13. Experience working hands-on with external studios, partners, or creative teams
14. Confident running workshops and shaping creative direction
15. Data-literate, using insight to support decisions and push performance
16. Passionate, energetic, and motivated by delivering the best possible experience for customers
