We are seeking an established Orthopaedic Practitioner to join our dynamic Trauma & Orthopaedic team. The ideal candidate will hold the British Orthopaedic Association Plaster Certificate and have recent hands-on experience working in a busy plaster room environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver expert plastering services in a high-demand setting.
· Provide clinical support to Trauma and Orthopaedic outpatient clinics.
· Assist in the management of patients in the Accident & Emergency Department.
· Support in-patient trauma cases during clinic hours.
Essential Requirements:
· British Orthopaedic Association Plaster Certificate.
· Proven experience in a fast-paced plaster room.
· Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
· Strong understanding of trauma and orthopaedic care pathways.
