Job Description:

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding teaching and shaping a dynamic curriculum? We are looking for a Programme Manager to lead our Performing Arts and Humanities provision. You will teach courses, manage and support tutors, and ensure high-quality learning experiences and outcomes for all. This is a vital leadership role contributing to the success and development of innovative, inclusive, and engaging programmes.


About You

You are an inspiring teacher and experienced course manager, committed to excellence in adult education. With strong subject knowledge and a track record of delivering high-quality teaching, you also bring leadership skills to manage staff performance, develop new programmes, and meet learner needs. A teaching qualification and experience in quality assurance are essential. Teaching expertise and/or management experience in Performing Arts or Humanities, including Modern Foreign Languages, is desirable.
