We are currently looking for a Service Support Officer to join our Business Support Team working within the Quality Assurance, Reviewing & Safeguarding Service.

What skills & qualities we need from you?:
11. Able to use a laptop (MS Teams/Outlook/Calendars/Microsoft Edge/Excel/Word). Basic Training will be provided.
12. Positive & enthusiastic attitude towards learning and supporting your colleagues.
13. Sense of humour.
14. Some experience of note taking (typed) at meetings or willingness to learn the task.
15. Good communication skills & the ability to build good working relationships with team members and wider colleagues.
16. Ability to plan workload for the day and be adaptable when service needs might change.
17. Ability to think on your feet and work with colleagues to resolve problems.
18. Remain calm and resilient under pressure.
What key tasks/responsibilities will the role involve (SSO):
19. You will be using a laptop and various internal systems and Microsoft packages to conduct your role.
20. You will be working in an ‘agile’ way – some home working and some office-based work at County Hall, Exeter.
21. Helping manage a busy shared mailbox - drafting & responding to emails.
22. Supporting before/during/after Legal Planning meetings in terms of administration.
23. Note taking at a variety of virtual TEAMS meetings (typed).
24. Uploading/downloading evidence to/from internal systems.
25. Inputting data into spreadsheet/word documents.
26. Supporting other administrative staff with office operations.
27. Supporting with Subject Access Requests/Police Search requests.
28. Providing direct support to Area Managers/Team Managers.
29. Ingoing/Outgoing mail.
30. Supporting financial processes.
