We are seeking a highly creative and versatile 3D Designer to join our dynamic team. This is a highly creative and multifaceted role ideally suited for a candidate with a diverse portfolio. Positioned within the Lifestyle, Consumer Product team, the role encompasses all facets of creative 3D design, including but not limited to product design, toy development, icon creation, creative interior design, mall promotion design, trade show stand design, and retail visual merchandising environments. A designer with advanced 3D design proficiencies will be expected to engage in problem-solving, provide technical expertise, and utilize digital 3D tools to effectively communicate both their own concepts and those of colleagues.
Responsibilities
* Develop 3D models and high-quality renderings, transforming creative briefs into compelling visuals.
* Visualise 3D creations within lifestyle imagery.
* Collaborate closely with design teams to ensure accuracy in visual storytelling.
* Utilize the latest visualisation techniques to enhance project impact.
* Think laterally, creating multiple solutions to a given design brief.
* Understand and deliver a best practice approach to creative projects.
* Be self-motivated and able to lead creative work from brief through to presentation.
* Support other team members in the pursuit of delivering the highest standard of creativity.
* Engage in problem-solving, offering technical insight and expertise.
* Effectively communicate your ideas and collaborate with others using digital 3D tools.
About You…
* Educated to degree level in 3D design.
* 5+ years design experience in relevant design field.
* Highly developed 3D design skills and technical knowledge.
* A strong and varied portfolio showcasing 3D design capabilities.
* Experience in industry-standard tools such as 3D Studio Max, AutoCAD, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
* Experience managing and taking ownership of responsibilities within projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
* Strong organizational skills to effectively prioritise and manage tasks.
* A knack for creative problem-solving and a clear understanding of the distinction between concept and design.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate ideas to team members and partners.
* Proven experience in managing a high volume of work and shifting priorities effectively.
* A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Position is 4 days in London office and 1 day remote.
