Overview

An exciting opportunity is available to join the Innovation Campus Stratford Upon Avon team. You will provide all reactive and planned maintenance works across our campus, involved with statutory testing and basic repairs to our building fabric, electrical and mechanical systems. This is a multiskilled role, with training and support provided. You’ll spend a significant proportion of time on your trade specialism and strive to provide an outstanding customer service experience.

Responsibilities

* Carry out reactive and planned maintenance across campus buildings.
* Perform statutory testing and basic repairs to building fabric, electrical and mechanical systems.
* Work in a multiskilled capacity with emphasis on electrical bias where applicable.
* Deliver high-quality customer service and stakeholder satisfaction.


Eligibility

* This vacancy is open to current University employees on the redeployment register.
* This vacancy is open to internal candidates, including current University employees, Graduate Teaching Assistants, and Unitemps.


Work Location

* Majority of time on campus due to business operation requirements.
