About The Role
As a Commercial Principal in the Private Equity group at Dialectica, you will drive growth and scale an emerging business unit within the company. Your main responsibilities will include:
Proactive Content
* Develop proactive content on topics of interest to private equity clients in your coverage area.
* Lead exploratory sessions to discuss proactive content with clients and generate opportunities.
Scoping & Technical Sales
* Scope client needs and generate project mandates across Dialectica’s Private Equity offerings (Expert Calls, Voice of Customer, M&A Mapping, Deal Advisors, Origin, etc.).
Product Delivery & Relationship Management
* Manage Insights product team delivery and quality assurance (e.g., Voice of Customer Insights, M&A Mapping).
* Collaborate with other product groups to ensure quality and excellence across offerings.
* Develop client relationships to increase user penetration and leverage opportunities for expansion through referrals and relationship building.
Product Innovation
* Identify opportunities to innovate Dialectica’s Insights products for private equity clients by testing and co-creating new modules with clients.
Account Management
* Own and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders and budget-holders to advocate for Dialectica.
* Handle renewals and package commitments sales processes.
Requirements
* Experience in professional services, consulting, or equivalent; transaction experience is highly valued.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to identify revenue and market growth opportunities.
* Demonstrated leadership to motivate colleagues toward ambitious goals.
* Results-oriented mindset focused on delivering value and business growth.
