a Customer Service Administrator to be the friendly, reliable first point of contact for our customers and internal teams.
You'll be working Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 15:00, as part of a small, close-knit team, ensuring we deliver outstanding service to our customers and stakeholders.

Pay, benefits and more:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £26,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks.

1. Supporting customers and stakeholders via phone and email
2. Handling complaints calmly and professionally
3. Diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently
4. Completing compliance tasks and admin duties
5. Meeting KPIs and producing reports.
6. Escalating issues through the stakeholder team when needed
