An award-winning architecture studio of around 80 is seeking Practice Manager to play a central role in supporting the day-to-day life of the studio. The practice has a collaborative and sociable culture, placing real value on creativity, and open dialogue. Alongside its design output, the studio is committed to fostering an inclusive and positive workplace with a strong sense of community.
Reporting to the Directors, this position sits at the heart of the practice, ensuring smooth operations while helping to maintain the culture and energy that defines the team. The role involves supporting people processes and maintaining a welcoming workspace to ensuring systems and compliance are effectively managed. You will also contribute to wider initiatives around team engagement and studio activities, playing a role in organising events and initiatives that bring the team together.
This opportunity would suit someone with experience in practice or operations management within architecture or the built environment, someone who has experience with Xero, Hubdoc, or CMAP, and who enjoys being part of a creative studio and supporting a positive, well-run working environment.
