About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Customer Success Manager (CSM) based in the UK to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our industrial clients. In this role, you will ensure customers successfully adopt, expand, and realize the full value of our real-time operational intelligence platform, helping them drive efficiency, optimize production, and achieve their business goals.
A solid background in manufacturing operations, Lean methodologies, or continuous improvement is a strong advantage.
Main Responsibilities
* Own the entire customer journey — onboarding, adoption, expansion, and retention
* Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring continuous value and engagement
* Drive platform usage and impact by identifying opportunities for operational improvement
* Translate operational KPIs into actionable insights using the MATICS platform
* Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to maximize customer satisfaction and success
* Monitor account health and proactively address risks to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction
Requirements
* 3+ years in Customer Success, Implementation, or related client-facing roles
* Hands-on experience with manufacturing or industrial environments
* Strong understanding of Operational Excellence / Lean / Six Sigma principles
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
* Based in the UK (remote with occasional travel)
Nice to Have
* Experience with SaaS products in the manufacturing space
* Familiarity with MES, ERP, or shop floor systems
* Experience working with global clients or distributed teams
* Fluency in additional languages
