PCRS (Primary Care Recovery Service) and Aftercare Lewisham
We are seeking dedicated professionals like you with a passion for delivering evidence-based treatments in Substance Use to join our friendly team in Lewisham and make a meaningful impact on people's lives, their families and communities. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Independent Prescriber to join our dynamic team of professionals. The ideal candidate will be expected to complete healthcare assessments as well as in-depth alcohol assessments and community alcohol detoxes. You will be expected to possess advanced clinical skills, a strong knowledge of pharmacology, and the ability to autonomously assess, diagnose, and manage patient care. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and ensure the highest standards of care.
Key requirements:
Independent Prescriber qualification RCGP Qualification Level 1 or willingness to work towards this Experience of working within substance use (desirable)
