Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Draft and publish engaging job adverts and job descriptions in a timely manner. Coordinate interviews and ensure accurate maintenance of candidate records. Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and act as a trusted recruitment support partner. Identify and support process improvements to enhance the recruitment journey. Provide wider administrative support to the People Administration Team, including helpdesk duties.
