Your future duties and responsibilities
In this role you will lead multiple delivery teams to ensure we consistently exceed client expectations and deliver impactful results. You’ll be responsible for driving operational excellence, inspiring innovation and aligning delivery with client strategies to foster trust and long‑term partnerships. As a visible leader you’ll champion a culture where collaboration and ownership thrive, empowering teams to deliver with quality, creativity and accountability.
You will oversee complex delivery programmes, strengthen client relationships at all levels and ensure commercial success through sound risk and financial management and continuous improvement across all engagements.

* Build & Nurture: Establish strong transparent client relationships to ensure delivery aligns with strategic objectives.
* Develop & Deliver: Design, implement and refine delivery frameworks to meet evolving business and client needs.
* Drive & Support: Collaborate with CGI business units and global delivery centres for seamless service execution.
* Innovate & Improve: Promote a culture of innovation, agility and continuous improvement.
* Manage & Measure: Oversee service performance, budgets and reporting to ensure commercial and delivery success.
* Champion & Lead: Support professional growth and development across your teams.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
To succeed in this role you’ll bring extensive leadership experience in delivery or consulting within complex multi‑stakeholder environments. You’ll be skilled at leading agile and managed service teams, managing senior stakeholders and driving continuous improvement. Retail sector experience would be advantageous but not essential.
* Proven experience leading delivery or service management teams in complex client environments.
* Strong track record managing agile and product delivery models.
* Excellent stakeholder management and C‑level communication skills.
* Experience supporting clients through digital transformation.
* Strong financial, commercial and risk management experience.
* Ability to motivate teams and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
