Our client, a well-established organisation are looking for an experienced Payroll & HR Assistant to join them on a permanent basis
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with collating data worksheets for payroll submission
Processing starters, leavers, contractual changes etc…
Maintain accurate records of payroll documentation
Prepare and process payment requests
Assist in pension processing
Assist in preparation of payroll reports
Respond to payroll queries working as the first point of contact
Strong excel skills including VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables and high-volume payroll experience is essential.
