We are working with a well-established, global financial services provider that offers multi-asset trading solutions across international markets. As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a mid-level Finance & Accountancy Executive to join their London-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional with strong experience in management accounting and multi-currency operations, ideally within a fast-paced, regulated environment. A key focus of this role includes exposure to the revenue side and understanding the complexity of derivatives products that generate income. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts in line with internal timelines and external standards. Manage multi-currency accounting, including reconciliations and FX reporting. Assist with cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Support year-end audits, liaising with auditors and internal stakeholders. Maintain and enhance financial controls and reporting processes. Generate financial insights and reports to support strategic decision-making. Contribute to finance team projects and continuous process improvements. Work closely with revenue recognition processes, gaining exposure to the complexity of derivatives products and how they impact income generation. Skills & Experience Required: Part or fully qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA or equivalent). Proven experience in management accounting and financial reporting. Strong working knowledge of multi-currency accounts and international finance practices. Demonstrable exposure to the revenue side of the business and understanding of derivatives products complexity. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, or similar) and advanced Excel skills. Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
