General Practitioner – DPA Location Corporate Bulk Billing Practice | Full-Time | Fee-for-Service Approximately 30 minutes from Melbourne, Victoria Position Overview An excellent opportunity is available for a General Practitioner to join a well-established, corporate bulk-billing practice located in a DPA-approved area approximately 28 km south of Melbourne. This modern, purpose-built clinic is committed to high-quality, patient-centred care with a strong emphasis on preventative and holistic medicine. The practice serves a diverse and growing community and offers a supportive, collegial working environment where clinicians are well supported to build sustainable, long-term careers. The clinic features seven fully equipped consultation rooms and is staffed by multiple full-time GPs, experienced nursing staff, allied health professionals, a dedicated practice manager and a full administrative team—allowing doctors to focus on clinical care rather than operational demands. This role is open to international doctors eligible for specialist registration with AHPRA and offers full visa sponsorship and relocation support. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care consultations during standard clinic hours, including both booked and walk-in patients Assess, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Order and interpret investigations and make appropriate specialist referrals Participate in extended-hours clinics (evenings and weekends) if desired, with additional earning potential No home visits and no on-call responsibilities Remuneration & Benefits Fee-for-service model with a 70% billing split Guaranteed minimum income of AUD 150 per hour for the first 3 months High patient demand with realistic earning potential in excess of AUD 400,000 per annum Relocation package of up to AUD 20,000 Visa sponsorship available for the GP and eligible family members Minimum contract term: 2 years DPA location suitable for international medical graduates and Section 19AB-restricted doctors Essential Requirements Medical degree with recognised postgraduate training in General Practice / Family Medicine Fellowship or board certification such as FRACGP, MRCGP, CCFPC, American Board of Family Medicine, or equivalent Eligibility for specialist registration with AHPRA Commitment to high-quality, patient-focused care and professional teamwork How to Apply If you are a General Practitioner seeking a well-remunerated, full-time role close to Melbourne with relocation and visa support, we would welcome your application.
