TradePoint Sales Partner at B&Q
Join our team as a TradePoint Sales Partner and drive business growth for TradePoint while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
Overview
Full‑time, Permanent – 36.75 hours per week. £35,300–£45,400 per annum plus bonus; pension scheme; 6.6 weeks holiday; colleague discounts across B&Q and other Group businesses.
Responsibilities
You’ll develop a network of contacts by identifying and developing new business opportunities and growing existing members. Maximising revenue and creating a highly effective trade experience in your local area by promoting the TradePoint brand and services. You’ll collaborate with store teams to inspire, motivate and engage them in trade opportunities and delivery of member needs.
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience in winning business, promoting products and services from previous sales or business development roles
* Strong communication, relationship building, negotiation, project management and problem‑solving skills
* Financial and business acumen; planning and organisational skills
* Team working; comfortable engaging customers and internal stakeholders
* Full UK driving licence with at least one year driving experience (for customer and project site visits)
* Flexible working, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays
