Your Role:
* Take ownership of complaints investigations and coordinate daily workloads.
* Analyse data and produce technical reports that drive decision-making.
* Lead root cause analysis and initiate improvement projects.
* Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with GMP and GDP.
* Champion quality improvement initiatives across the organisation.
What We’re Looking For:
* A relevant scientific degree or equivalent industry experience.
* Proven experience in a GMP environment within a Quality function.
* Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
* A proactive mindset with attention to detail and excellent time management.
