As a Business Information Assistant Analyst in the Social Care Support team, you’ll play a key role in providing system administration, frontline support and training for the Social Care system. Management and resolution of servicedesk calls as well as supporting other team members with daily tasks. Provide day to day system administration Assist the service (and team) in developing processes, procedures and documentation for the Social Care system. Assist in the provision of management and statutory performance information including statutory returns to required standards. Assist in ensuring system compliance with statutory regulations and standards including, policies and procedures of Stirling Council and Government Legislation Administer servicedesk calls, including investigation, prioritisation, assigning calls appropriately and assisting to close calls. Develops, documents and implements system changes based on servicedesk calls and requests, following any escalation process if satisfactory progress is not being made. Maintains records and advises relevant persons of actions being taken. Provide system training and administration support as required, including maintaining any training records in accordance with the Council’s record retention policy.
