Position Title: Motion Designer

Position Description:
The Motion Designer is responsible for bringing life to the brand identity vision through creative use of motion, interaction, choreography, and transitions that create cohesion and delight.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate closely with graphic designers to translate static design content into dynamic brand expressions.
2. Create and implement motion design systems, animations, transitions, and micro-interactions for HMI and UI/UX content across digital platforms.
3. Maintain visual consistency across multiple interactions within brand experiences.
4. Manage stakeholders across interdependent design functions.
Essential Skills:
1. Extensive motion design experience in agency and corporate settings.
2. Proven ability to deliver motion design solutions in both 2D and 3D contexts.
3. Knowledge of interaction and animation design principles such as timing and easing.
4. Proficiency in After Effects, Animate, Cinema 4D, Blender, Houdini, etc.
5. Understanding of rendering processes, technologies, and techniques.
6. Unreal Engine experience is preferable.
7. Strong stakeholder management skills.
8. Ability to work across different cultures, geographies, and time zones.
9. Adaptability to a fast-paced design environment.
