Position Summary
You will carry out oral packaging activities with care and precision. You will work closely with operators, engineers and quality colleagues. You will follow safety and quality standards while helping improve processes. We value curiosity, practical skills and a collaborative mindset. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
1. Monitor the production facility to ensure adherence to GMP, safety, and regulatory standards, while maintaining up-to-date visual boards
2. Collaborate with support functions to schedule maintenance activities and implement improvement actions on production lines
3. Oversee and support production teams by coordinating training, facilitating development opportunities, managing resource allocation, recruitment of CW’s and review production plans
4. Develop and implement short- and long-term plans aligned to the Value Stream strategy, driving process improvements and operational efficiency by applying digital fluency — leveraging data analytics, automation, digital workflow tools and real-time KPIs to streamline processes, reduce waste and improve decision-making.
5. Maintain workplace housekeeping standards to ensure a safe and compliant environment, including safety compliance, up-to-date risk assessments and 5S.
6. Conduct root cause analysis using DIMAIC, implement preventative actions, and support daily operations, including planning for production lines and attending supply/logistics meetings.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
7. Degree, A levels or GCSE’s grades A-C (maths and English), internal psychometric metric evaluation for capability.
8. Experience working within a production or support role, minimum OE Advocate in Lean Sigma.
9. Communication skills at all levels both written and verbal.
10. SAP knowledge.
11. Knowledge of audit processes, preparation and requirements.
12. Knowledge of site HR processes and systems.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
13. OE foundation understanding (green belt training preferred)
14. Access to MERP, Veeva, Deviation and Change Control training
