Overview
As designated by the Head teacher, you will work collaboratively with Teaching and Learning Assistant staff and report directly to the Head teacher or their representative. The Head teacher directs Support Workers to tasks which support the smooth operational running of the school and the provision of high quality support to staff, learners and where required, learners' families.
You may be directed to any task as is reasonable within the boundaries of your job profile, as directed by the Head teacher or their representative.
