We require a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at our busy restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful business with a growing reputation, exciting future plans and prospects of further career progression.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals from a fresh food background who work well in a team environment, they will have sufficient experience to be able to contribute and fully support the running of the kitchen operation and work well under pressure. The role will involve working on all sections of the kitchen to the high standards set by the Head Chef.
* Ensure all food production is carried out efficiently, consistently and to the highest possible standards
* Follow any reasonable request from senior members of the team in the running of the kitchen
* Ensure all food production duties are carried out in a timely fashion to ensure a smooth service
