We are seeking additional Cat C + E (LGV Class 1) Drivers for one of our customers based in Croydon. The work will involve delivering temporary barriers and fencing to events. Generally the barriers will be loaded/unloaded by a crew, sometimes from the slow moving vehicle, although you may be required to assist from time to time.
As a HGV Class 1 driver you must have:
* UK Category C licence
* Digital Tachograph Card
* Driver CPC Card
* No more than 6 points for minor offences
* There may be some restrictions for insurance purposes (please phone for details).
The successful driver can expect:
* Variable shift and start times as the customer operates 24/7
* Shifts minimum 8 hours
* Overtime after 8 hours and on optional Saturdays and Sundays
* London and Home Counties delivery areas
* Weekly pay every Friday
This position would also be suitable for Cat C+E multidrop, pallet and parcel delivery drivers and is commutable from Sutton, Coulsdon, Purley, Mitcham, Thornton Heath and Wallington
