We are currently hiring for a freelance/contract Senior Service Design contract working with a large financial services client. You will be working closely with them on re-shaping internal tools and systems as part of a wider UCD team.
The business is currently re-shaping a number of internal tools, services, and systems, and as such needs a contractor with deep expertise in mapping and designing complex services and workflows, comprising both digital and non-digital processes.
Key Requirements
* Specialised Service Designer with deep expertise in Design Research, Journey mapping, and Service Blueprinting.
* Commute distance to Sheffield (you will be here twice per week).
* Financial Services experience (Retail or business banking).
* UK-based; twice per week on-site in Sheffield (3‑days remote).
* £550 per day (Inside IR35 – must work via a compliant Umbrella company).
* 3‑month initial contract with likely extension to 6‑12 months.
(Please note, upon acceptance of this contract there will be a period of 2‑3 weeks of background checks prior to starting).
