WHAT TEAM WILL YOU BE JOINING
This role is in our Human Resources Team which is spread across our London, Manchester, Leeds, Edinburgh, Dubai, Dublin and Warsaw offices, and supports the business internationally. The HR Team is made up of various smaller teams including, but not limited to, Learning and Development, Reward, Resourcing, HR Operations, HR Business Partnering and the Responsible Business team.
You will join the HR Data, Insights & Systems team in a hybrid role sitting between the two sides of the team. The role is designed to support both sides of the team, combining management information, reporting and insight with systems knowledge, process improvement and operational support. This position will work closely with colleagues across HR and the wider business to ensure that HR data, reporting and systems are aligned, effective and fit for purpose.

WHAT WILL THE ROLE INVOLVE
Your role as an HR Data, Insights & Systems Analyst will be to work across both HR management information and HR systems, helping to deliver accurate reporting, meaningful insight and effective systems support. This will involve maintaining and developing HR reports and dashboards, supporting the integrity and usability of HR systems, and working with data from multiple sources to improve processes, reporting capability and decision-making. You will act as a key link between HR Data & Insights and HR Systems, ensuring both teams are supported and that reporting and system changes are aligned to business needs.
The role will combine analytical, technical and operational responsibilities. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting and system requirements, support system-related processes and improvements, and help ensure HR data is accurate, accessible and fit for purpose. Your contribution will help strengthen both the team's reporting capability and the effective operation of HR systems.
The following list is not exhaustive but gives a flavour of some of the responsibilities of a HR Data, Insights & Systems Analyst.
• Maintain HR data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data across reporting outputs and HR systems, auditing data and troubleshooting irregularities.
• Support the day-to-day administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of HR systems, helping to ensure processes run effectively and system changes are implemented smoothly.
• Analyse HR data to identify trends, challenges and opportunities, providing actionable insights to HR colleagues, managers and other stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain and enhance HR dashboards, reports and system-based reporting tools that provide clear, accurate and meaningful management information.
• Support strategic HR and systems initiatives through data-driven recommendations, testing, process improvement and insight.
• Work collaboratively with HR, IT, suppliers and other departments to understand reporting and system needs and provide effective support across both areas.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in HR analytics, recommending improvements to our analytics strategies and tools.
• Support and contribute to HR projects, system implementations, upgrades and enhancements, ensuring data and reporting considerations are built into planning and delivery.
• Create and maintain databases, Power BI reports and system outputs, ensuring continuous improvement whilst delivering updates to tight deadlines.
• Maintain existing reports and system configurations, and support the development of new reporting and system functionality to improve processes and enable better access to HR information.
WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
• Experience with data visualisations using PowerBI
• Experience with statistical modelling and descriptive statistics would be advantageous
• Excellent MS Excel skills, highly analytical with the ability to manipulate large data sets as required
• Experience in an HR analytics, HR systems or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR processes, data and systems
• Confidence in using HR systems, reporting tools and databases, including Power BI, Excel and system administration or configuration activities where required
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, SQL) and HR information systems, with the ability to work comfortably across both MI and systems activity
• Experience in designing and maintaining HR dashboards, reporting tools and system processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner
• Experience of using the Workday HR system is essential, along with an interest in developing broader HR systems knowledge
• Positive customer service ethos, ensuring high levels of service are delivered at all times, responding promptly to project requirements or requests and the ability of prioritising conflicting workloads effectively
