Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure exceptional food service experiences for our guests. Duties
* Lead and supervise all aspects of restaurant or food service operations, including kitchen management, front-of-house service, and staff scheduling
* Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure quality standards are consistently met
* Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste
* Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation
* Train and develop staff on food safety procedures, customer service excellence, and operational standards
* Ensure compliance with health regulations and food safety protocols at all times
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee a positive dining experience
* Conduct shift management duties including staffing adjustments, performance monitoring, and maintaining a lively team environment
Requirements
* Proven management experience within the food industry, particularly in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining settings
* Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management
* Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
* Excellent leadership skills with prior supervising or team management experience
* Knowledge of inventory control practices and food safety standards
* Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
* Demonstrated ability to train staff effectively and foster a positive team culture
* Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality management principles
* Previous experience in restaurant management roles including shift management and budgeting is preferred
* Familiarity with catering, banquet operations, or hotel food service is a plus
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
